Innovation Arena Spring 2019

How can AI and interactive technologies, such as chatbots, be used to create inclusive experiences for fans?

This design challenge aims at supporting the Spectacular ArenA Experiences (SAX) work group in their ambition to make the Johan Cruijff ArenA the most innovative stadium by 2020. Together with the lectoraat Crossmedia, Ajax Fancare, the JC ArenA data team, our challenge is to make use of advanced technologies for creating fan experiences that speak to the diversity of the fans attending a game.

Following discussions with ArenA partners during the fall 2018 initial ideas have pointed towards investigating artificial intelligence (AI) and interactive technologies such as chatbots as a method to address these questions.
