H2Learn
The transition toward a more sustainable future is no longer a distant vision; it is actively unfolding. At the heart of this transformation lies hydrogen, a promising energy carrier with the potential to reshape how we produce, store, and use energy. Yet, while technological advancements continue to accelerate, an equally important challenge emerges: ensuring that people can understand, engage with, and contribute to this rapidly evolving field.
But what happens when the real challenges are not immediately visible? When they exist beneath the surface, unspoken, complex, and difficult to define.
The H2Learn project responds to this challenge by focusing on the human capital agenda of the transition. It aims to develop exploratory and testable approaches for collecting qualitative signals from organizations involved in the hydrogen transition. In doing so, the project seeks to generate deeper, systemic insights that help uncover challenges that are often difficult to articulate yet essential to address in order to move forward.
