Social Listening for Tour Design

How might we learn about our potential audiences by using ‘social listening’ in order to be more inclusive of a younger generation who are not already at the ArenA, and create an adaptive and future-proof venue?

This challenge will be grounded in Fan Experience research from the Crossmedia Lectoraat. It will use Digital Methods research tools to discover various fan conversations (sometimes called ‘social listening’ and applied to create a (or several) new installation(s) for the tours at the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Of course, you will use existing literature and qualitative research techniques as well. Imagine using Twitter scraping, Google Reviews, and Instagram posts to learn about potential visitors needs in combination with the existing data from the stadium to help you create a new interaction during the ArenA tours!
