A LOOK BEHIND THE CLOUD – WHAT IS THE IMPACT OF OUR INFORMATION AGE?

We upload our most previous data faster than ever, storing our content in a cloud symbol on our smartphones and computers. The Cloud is one of the greatest marketing metaphors ever created, leaving us to believe that the amount of data storage is unlimited. However, the physical side of the Cloud is largely unknown to its users. We begin to see the impact the Industrial Age has had on our planet. At the same time, the environmental effects of the Information Age are still invisible. How much do you know about your ignorance in interacting with the Cloud? Join us as we explore our collective ignorance about the system we use on a daily basis.
