Interactive webinar series: adaptable mindset for professionals

Learn how to make people, teams and companies more adaptable to increase your collaborative innovation power.
If you want an adaptive organization that is open to change, can spot opportunities and act upon them, and is an overall nice place to work, we invite you to register for this webinar series.

In three webinars we explore how to empower people, build teams, and organizations which are adaptable by nature. Based both on science and practical experience, within corporates like Heineken, Liberty Global, eBay and a few startups, we found out what works and what doesn’t.

This session is for heads of digital, heads of innovation and L&D, who want to empower their employees, build successful innovations, and create organizational change.

What can you expect

Part 1: Develop your Innovation Mindset

It starts with the individual and his or her mindset.

What most organizations typically overlook is the internal shift – what people think and feel – which has to occur in order to bring the strategy to life. This is where resistance tends to arise – cognitively in the form of fixed beliefs, deeply held assumptions and blind spots; and emotionally, in the form of the fear and insecurity that change engenders. All of this rolls up into our mindset, which reflects how we see the world, what we believe and how that makes us feel.” (source: Tony Schwartz – Harvard Business Review)

In this part we will learn about tools to empower the individual.

  • Help people develop the right mindset for innovation
  • Re-frame the fear of failure
  • Help develop emotional resilience
  • Find out about methods to pinpoint people’s fixed beliefs
  • in addition, we will interview Simone van Neerven, Innovation catalyst at Chanel and Mourik and former Head of innovation Vueling / KLM.

Expect a critical, innovative, fun, interactive, and actionable session. Spaces are limited and we aim for a balanced group composition. Apply to be selected to participate.
