Paradoxical Leadership Compass
We are thinkers. Doers. Makers of change.
I teach physical education, cultivating both strong bodies and sharp, resilient minds.
I bring architecture beyond buildings—into the design of ideas, spaces, and solutions.
I consult on tourism destinations, uncovering the deeper stories places tell, and how we think about them.
I apply engineering not just to systems, but to untangle complexity with clarity and precision.
We come from different paths, but we share one purpose:
To question, to reflect, to act with purpose.
We believe that lasting change starts with how we think—
By breaking down assumptions, embracing uncertainty, and choosing wisdom over haste.
This is our direction.
Toward better thinking.
Toward a future shaped not just by innovation, but by insight.
For each other. For tomorrow. For all.
#ThinkForward #CriticalThinkingIsPower
In today’s fast-changing and unpredictable world, higher education must do more than deliver content—it must cultivate the capacity to think critically, question assumptions, and navigate complexity. Critical thinking is no longer optional; it’s essential. It’s what enables students—and those who teach them—to recognize patterns of binary thinking, engage with multiple perspectives, and lead with intention in the face of contradiction.
This is the future we are working towards.
A future where professors and lecturers are equipped not only to transfer knowledge but to nurture minds that question, reflect, and thrive in complexity.
A future where binary thinking gives way to deeper awareness, where bubbles are recognized, and critical engagement becomes the norm.
And so, these core questions guide our journey:
- How do students get drawn into echo chambers and binary thinking?
- What challenges do higher education professors face that could be transformed into opportunities to strengthen students’ critical thinking?
- What strategies or interventions can help professors recognize simplistic thinking and engage students in paradoxes and complexity?
